We can can save you money by refurbishing your current computer to make it run like it did when it was brand new (and in some cases, even better!) - all for a fraction of the cost of buying a new computer.
Why would I need this?
As you use your computer over time, it's inevitable that it will slow down and not work as well as when you bought it. If you've not had your computer for that long or the problems you're experiencing aren't as serious, a less major Full Computer Service may be able to get you up and running again. However, if the system has been seriously damaged by viruses or the clogging up is severe, a Full Refubishment effectively lets your computer start again and banishes all the gremelins of the past!
Sounds great! How does it work?
- We take a FULL backup of your computer's hard drive so you won't lose ANY data
- We remove any viruses, spyware or other malware from your computer
- We completely wipe your hard drive, install Windows afresh along with all security updates, antivirus and firewall, etc.
- We test your hard drive(s) and memory (RAM) for faults or errors
- We can also reinstall a wide range of legitimately-owned software (such as Microsoft Office, Photoshop etc.)

The Small Print: You must have a valid licence and product key for Windows as well as for any other software which you require to be reinstalled after the refurbishment. We cannot accept any responsibility for product keys which do not work or fail to activate, and you assume all responsibility for the use and licencing of all of the software on your computer. After a refurbishment, we will retain a copy of the backup of your data for at least 2 weeks unless you request us not to do so. During this time, you may request any files which may not have been restored to your computer in error.
